Hello everyone, how are you today?
Do you ever have muscle weakness in your arms or other limbs like CharlieE describes? How do you cope with it?

I have the same problem and it is very hard on me because I am very independent. I have to get help from my husband everyday cause I can't do the basic stuff. I'm hoping there is some kind of medicine that will help 🙏

I get this, but recently found out it is because my rotor cuff has issues as well as having carpel tunnel. I got some shots for the carpel tunnel and some physical therapy for my shoulder. It has helped some, but not completely.

@CharlieE Completely understand what you're talking about. I just recently had to move my "coffee station" in my kitchen to a lower place because I was tired of cleaning up the broken mugs from me not being able to hold them up while pouring! It's a lot lower now so I can pull up a chair and pour.
You're not alone in this. Just remember to be kind and patient with yourself. I often have to stop whatever activity I'm struggling with and go an sit down and breathe for a few minutes to stop being angry at myself and my body. Take breaks if you need to.

Hi, lately I've really been struggling with muscle weakness, especially in the arms...Some days I can barely find the strength to do basic daily tasks these days like washing my hear or doing dishes. I often have to take breaks when I do things because my arms just "give out".
Has anyone else had this? Is there anything we can do about it? Or do we just have to sort of "deal" with it?
Thanks for any responses!
