Hello @MrKrabs
Thank you for opening this new discussion.
Indeed, according to research, moderate physical activity, which is absolutely possible to engage in if you suffer with fibromyalgia, can help reduce pain and fatigue. Among recommended activities there are swimming, walking, low-impact aerobics and cycling.
What kind of exercise do you do? How often? Do you feel it has been helping you with your symptoms? Who recommended you to start exercising?

Thank you all for your insights!
Take care,
Courtney

Hi, my aunt has fibro, and she's been told by her doctors to do some kind of physical activity, any kind, they never specified, but said whatever makes her happy and is not too hard for her. So she started nordic walking and she just loves it, plus she made some new friends :) she says it helps her pains, and makes her feel younger.

Apparently exercising can be good for fibromyalgia. Does any of you exercise or do any kind of sport? How often can you do it without overtiring yourself? Does it really help with the pain? Thanks!
