How are you today?
As we keep chugging our way through spring, I thought I'd open a discussion to talk about the seasons!
As with many rheumatic illnesses, fluctuating temperatures or weather can be a trigger for a flare-up.
What about you? Have you noticed that changing weather or seasons have an impact on your fibromyalgia? Does it make it worse or better? Do you have more or fewer flares? How do you manage?
