Living with depression everyday is a struggle. You never know what kind of day your going to have. Loosing people cause no one understand and gets frustrated at you. Not having friends. Fighting it on your own cause nothing seems to work. Its a true struggle.

Dear Sutton929,

Thank you for sharing your struggles. I can tell you are in terrible pain and suffering. I have been depressed now for four months now and it’s been rough!

A month ago I started TMS magnetic therapy. It stimulates the place in your brain where depression is. It only takes 20 min per day for a total of 30 treatments. It doesn’t hurt and I’m here today to tell you it is starting to lift the terrible depression I’ve endured.
Another thing besides my meds and counseling that I’ve been doing is filling my life with biblical teaching and much prayer!  I stopped watching all the trash on tv/Netflix and have filled my mind with positive, loving Christ centered messages on U tube

Im not a religious man but very spiritual. This new way of living has dramatically changed my life.
Your life is important and you will make it through this valley in your life.
I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers!

Your friend, David

@Wtfnow Exactly what I do.   It's like a black hole that just swallows you up without warning.  And the number of things that trigger it are seemingly infinite.
