You're not alone with bipolar disorder: Daily check-in

Today I am not good at all there has been a lot going on since my mom's murder in 2024 lots of good like my job as a caregiver and lots of bad line my whole treatment team giving up on me and discharging me from the program even tho I was a activly suicidal line they didn't even care but I can see why I am a lost cause. And now to tol it all off I got in a car accident on the 26th of August and my car is totaled and it kills me because that car is the lady thing my mom ever made happen for me and now it is gone just like her. I kinda have a plan to end my life but now with out transportation it probably won't happen where or when I was planning tbh it is probably going to happen any moment because I'm so far gone that there is no hope for me.
