The stress, project dates, unexpected meetings, constant changes, and delaing with various personalities are not easy things to manage and cope with for any person, but living with bipolar disorder can make doing so more challenging.

How has a bipolar disorder diagnosis affected your job and career?

And/or how has your job and career affected your bipolar disorder?

Did you have to make any changes to your job?

You're absolutely right; managing bipolar disorder in the workplace can present unique challenges. Coping with stress, tight deadlines, and the dynamics of a job can be demanding.

For those who may be seeking a change or exploring new career paths while considering their mental health, it's worth mentioning that there are resources available to help, including trade schools. You can find trade schools in every state that offer specialized training and support, making it possible to pursue a fulfilling career while managing bipolar disorder. It's essential to prioritize mental health and seek the right balance in the workplace.
