I've been feeling stressed about every single thing lately and just came accross an article about mania and hypomania so I'm trying to understand how I can know if I'm becoming maniac or hypomaniac? Does anyone know about this?

Well if you now know the symptoms off both you are just going to have to regulate yourself.

I know for myself, I go full blown into manic. It lasts up to weeks and has very very bad side effects.

Hypomania isn't as severe. I think you'll know.
