Hi all! Are there specialty shops or websites selling high quality massage tables, chairs and accessories suitable for professional therapists or personal use?

Hello! Yes, there are specialty stores and websites that sell high-quality massage tables, chairs, and accessories suitable for professional therapists or personal use. Some popular options include Massage Warehouse, Oakworks, Earthlite, and Best Massage. These websites offer a wide range of massage equipment at different prices, so you can find the perfect solution for your needs and budget. Alternatively, you may want to consider visiting local specialty stores in your area that sell massage equipment.

Dealing with AS can be tough. [This content has been moderated by an administrator] Finding the right support is crucial. I've found memory foam and lumbar support helpful. Has anyone explored zero gravity chairs? Maybe it's the power-up we need to conquer this level! Comfortable car seats also make a huge difference for longer journeys.

Zero gravity chairs can be quite beneficial for people with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), mainly because the neutral position distributes your weight evenly and relieves the direct vertical pressure on your spinal discs.

Has anyone here with AS has tried the use of a zero gravity and or massage chair ?
i changed my bed to a memory foam mattress and adjustable base with good results, I sleep in bed again instead of in a recliner. I use a lumbar support in my office chair and try to move around regularly. I use a wireless headset that gives my flexibility and mobility during conference calls. I purchased a car with very comfortable and multi-way adjustable seats.
Any other ideas/experiences ?
