I feel really sore for the past few days. Well since I got the Maderna shot and I've also got a pounding headache that just won't quit. Other than that I'm fine.

I don’t get out much. But some. More for medical appts. I pick up my groceries at the pickup on whichever store. I’m in the yard more in summer but winters in Minn are brutal. I have hobbies and musical instruments 3 dogs one is a Service Dog. I have a significant other she does work outside the home. Not all easy but manage accordingly

I woke up feeling tired, My mind keeps telling me there is something wrong with me. Health anxiety has bothered me for some time. The problem is there a strange skin things happening but nobody can explain what they are.
Had this skin lesion removed and now its come back. Very strange. Can't help but think of the worst.

Really bad day! I hardly slept because my thoughts wouldn't shut down and I periodically break into tears because my best friend from childhood (he's now 76, I'm 80), my brother from another mother, is in hospice due to chronic lymphocytic leukemia and amyloidosis, both incurable, both progressive, and both fatal. Due to my health problems I'm not even able to travel from Chicago to California to be with him. To make matters worse, when I spoke to him yesterday evening (he called me from the hospice) he told me that he has given a close friend out there Power of Attorney and has given him specific instructions about me. I asked what instructions, but he laughed and said he wants it to be a pleasant surprise. I told him that nothing could possibly be pleasant that has to do with his death. Okay, here I go - I'm crying as I type this! He's taking his imminent death in stride and has accepted the inevitable, I have not and can't conceive of doing so any time soon.

Remember we all are high risk for Covid as well as many other diseases. Take your precautions. They dropped a lot of masking and the disease is beginning to grow again.. Take your Vaccine. Rest. Stay cautious in groups. Eat right. Get sleep although that is easier sometimes said than done. Keep a positive attitude.

I hate to tell you this but unless your wearing a ND9 mask with a micron filter you are not going to get much protection. A cloth mask has open pores. The Covid19 virus is smaller in microns than those cloth masks. I know this because I worked in a lab and we used real masks with micron filters.

Hi all. Happy holiday weekend. Just home from church. Continued exhaustion. CPAP doesn't seem to help. I walked both ways today, felt refreshing. May get into 60's & 70's this week. Hoping! Where is our spring??? Be strong.
