Hello everyone,

How are you today? emoticon cute

In recent months following the COVID-19 crisis, we've seen the the healthcare community turn more and more to telemedecine. Now, primary care physicians and other health professionals are encouraged to conduct non-urgent consultations remotely by telephone, video and online consultations where possible.

And what about you? Has you used teleconsultation recently? If so, in what context? What did you think of it? Is it something you'd continue to use in the future? Why or why not?

@dee450 do you have insurance, if so maybe they can help you with finding a doctor that does telehealth. Also, I have never heard of being released from their primary care dr. but have you spoken to he/she to see if they have any suggestions of another dr.

I have used MY CHART to get messages, make appointments and get test results.  If i have a medical question or need to get a prescription filled i just pull up My Chart and ask.

I like it a lot.

@dee450   i just changed doctors 4 months ago and my husband changed this month.  We didn't have any problem finding a doctor.

Go on line and put in to give you names of doctors in your area.  We were originally with McCloud but changed to Novant.

Hope this helps you.
