Good advisor

Hello everyone,

How are you doing? emoticon cute

Many of the discussions in our various forums are related to diet and nutrition. I've opened this discussion so that we can share together our questions, advice and experiences regarding diet and nutrition across autoimmune conditions!

Do you or a loved one live with Crohn's disease, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis? Did or have you changed your diet following diagnosis? Do you find that diet and nutrition has an impact on your condition? Have you been sufficiently informed about possible diets by your doctor?

Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences here!

Take care,
Courtney

Good advisor

@Courtney_J I feel like I've been kind of left in the dark about diets/nutrition... I managed to figure out myself what foods irritate my crohn's, but beyond that I don't really know. If anyone knows of a good diet for autoimmune conditions I'm all ears!
