@mr1964 Yes, there should be mental health days. When I was working I was lucky - my place of employment allowed for one paid mental health day every month. If we didn't take them they were tacked on to our vacation time. It was a pleasure to not have to lie about being sick in order to get a day off if I wanted to do something instead of going to work - like attending a movie premiere or a one-day-only sale.

I wish I wasn't allergic to the medication that could help improve my quality of life. I have multiple lung and sleep disorders that are all life-threatening. I am allergic to albuterol, inhalers, and neb treatments. My second bedroom in my house is a built it hospital. I have so much medical equipment that I have to use all the time. It would be nice if I could take medicine and get rid of the machines, cheaper too.

I wish I could get rid of the confusion. After a manic episode, I'm often confused as well as depressed.

I'd get rid of my panic attacks... they get very annoying especially when you're out in public

@Slipperyalien‍ , I totally understand. I have had panic attacks since I was 12 years old. I’m now 58. I have tried almost everything out there. I’m on Lexapro, Hydroxyzine and .5 of Klonopin. I have been taking it for about 8 years and seem to be doing well on it. I still can’t drive that far from home and I occasionally get a slight panic attack every once in a while.

I would like to get rid of my feelings of depression.  I live in NY and when it is winter here, I suffer the most because it gets dark very early, it is cold and there is always a chance of snow.  I walk around miserable the entire winter because of the weather.  If anyone else suffers from this condition, please contact me.  I would love to talk.

Fatigue and pain. I thought radiation would stop or minimize it but it hasn’t yet

@shorty Get a SAD lamp. Helps me and I moved from NY to Seattle, even shorter days, just not as cold or snowy. Open your shades as soon as you get up, but close them before it turns dark and try to come home to a house with lights on
