Like Kimberly I use kratom, the only product that works without affecting me physically or mentally.

@RaeRey I take it under the tongue. It's formulated as a tincture. I've NEVER smoked so I don't use the kind of CBD that you have to smoke and inhale. You administer with a medicine dropper under your tongue in front of a mirror. It's easy and inexpensive for the most part. It has changed my life! I used to be laying on the bed or the floor in fetal position, unable to do anything because of the pain. Now, I just take 8 drops each morning and I'm set for the rest of the day. I wish everyone could have access to it and a doctor of pharmacy, specialized in cannabis treatment.

Hi everyone,
How are you today?
Patients living with chronic pain are often confronted with challenges that make daily life demanding both physically and emotionally.
Did you know that alternative medicines exist and can be used as a complement to traditional medications (meditation, hypnosis, acupuncture, essential oils, CBD, etc)?
What have you put in place in your daily life to reduce your chronic pain?
Feel free to share and exchange comments below!
Have a wonderful day,
Courtney
