Sorry you have that kind of pain, but keep moving the best you can, it is the best thing for you. I exercise first thing in the am before i get to tired etc

Unfortunately, having a chronic condition can severely limit the amount of energy and strength a person has. We wanted to ask you, how much exercise do you manage every day? Is it a short walk? A cycle? A swim?
