It took me a while to find a system that worked for me, but here's what I've got going on.For meds, I swear by a weekly pill organizer. Having everything pre-sorted for the week saves me so much morning scrambling (and those frantic "did I take that already?" moments). There's a million different organizers out there, so I found one with compartments big enough for my vitamins (trust me, those can be horse pills sometimes!).On top of the organizer, I actually set an alarm on my phone for each med. It might sound like overkill, but it's a lifesaver for those forgetful days, especially when I'm working on a new project and get laser-focused.

I have a specific time frame for my medications:
Medic pills that require 12 hours are taken soon as I wake up or set 11am and 11pm at night. Injections like Ozempic, which is every week falls after I have had a good meal. Metformin, 1 pill every night after dinner.

Hi. Great question. Myself, I also use pill box. Saves time & headaches! Used to work at dollar tree ( no shout out, believe me) but think got 1st pill box there. Since their quality is Subpar, didn't last long. Have 2 more, & vaguely recall getting them at grocery. Better quality! My DME, durable medical equipment, SAD light, sits on desk & come Fall/winter, gets regular use!

I have one of those daily dose containers. Two-sided, one for morning and one for evening. Then, to remind myself, I set my alarms. I know it sounds like a lot, but it's become such a routine now, that it was worth it. I also use the calendar on my phone to log doctor's appointments or anything medical. It notifies me two or three times so I won't forget those either.

Hello everyone,
I hope you're all having a great day! 😊
Managing chronic conditions often means dealing with a jumble of medications, medical devices, and extra equipment—a daily reality that many others might not be familiar with. It can be quite a challenge to keep everything organized and remember when to use what.
Do you have a particular system or method that helps you manage your medications and medical equipment? Do you use labels, pill organizers, set alarms, or use apps that remind you to take your meds? What's the cleverest trick/tool you've discovered that makes your day-to-day management easier?
Please share it all here! If you have any helpful links or pictures of your organization systems, please feel free to share those as well.
Take care,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼
