Hi everyone,

Staying positive can be tough when dealing with health issues, but it’s so important for our overall well-being. Let’s share what helps us keep a positive mindset. Whether it’s a small daily habit or a big change you’ve made, your experiences could really help others. 🌅✨

Do you have any daily practices that lift your spirits? What are your favorite motivational quotes or mantras? How do you practice self-care?

Looking forward to hearing your tips and stories! Let’s support each other in staying positive. 🌻🤗

Stay strong,

Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

I put everything in God's hands, and leave it there.

I almost never think that I will not be better someday it never enters my thoughts except for a short period of time when something new is piled onto my already broken body like when menieres disease jumped onboard awhile back it did take a little bit to adjust I woke up one morning totally deaf in one ear with a loud static electrical noise with a jet engine background and looked like a drunk trying to walk then my peripheral neuropathy has gotten worse I no longer feel my toes and my feet feel like I am walking on crushed gravel vibrate but my PMR/GCA is more in control and back surgery to help nerve entrapment was successful so I am thankful I believe we make our own karma we are responsible for our own wellbeing no magical entity is coming to help me I don’t dwell on my own health issues except on rare occasions
