Hello everyone,

Having a chronic condition, or supporting a loved with an illness, can be difficult and tasking. However, we wanted to ask you, what is one of the little pleasures you take out of each day? Is it your first cup of coffee in the morning? Listening to your favorite radio station or talk show? Completing that crossword puzzle?

My Dobermans, Gardening, yard work and being outside. I’m sure it sounds strange to most and others wish they could be more physical but my condition literally prevents me from relaxing or being sedentary until my mind and the rest of my body starts to degrade and shut down and everything other than my dystonic areas simply can not take anymore for sleepless days and nights on end. Sure I’m always moving but focusing and completing tasks are two entirely different things!
