Hi @becomingbetter
How are you today?
Its tough to look online for things about diet, there are studies that prove everything is both good and bad. I think everyone is different, so I wouldn't take everything your family/friends say to heart. The best thing you can do is to ask your doctor/nutritionist what is the best thing for you and your body type. I think eating less and walking more can be a healthy combination.

Do you eat breakfast? Have you lost weight? What did you doctor tell you to do?
Take care,

Don't skip breakfast, you can lower your intake of breakfast.

I have been trying to lose weight for some time, eating less and walking more. Surgeries in the past have not been kind to me but after letting myself go I want to get healthier. I started skipping breakfast because I assumed less calories means less weight right? But my family and friends criticize me. I looked online too and I see different answers. Any help pls?
