Do you believe it is safe to try for a baby with endometriosis? Are there any precautionary measures a person could take? What are your thoughts on this matter?

Is it possible to conceive a baby with endometriosis? My partner and I would love to have a child but I know with my condition it can be difficult. Is it actually possible to do it without risking the mother's and baby's life? Has anyone else done this, or know anything about it?
Thank you
