Do you mean through the airport scanner where they scan your body? I had that happened to me once and it seems to be an issue. My doctor said that such machines, like X-ray machines and the like can cause the electornic to mess up.
He told me in the future to elect out of those screenings and to request a pat down and regular metal detector.

Has anyone had insulin pump malfunctions caused by going through an airport c scan?
