I've tried many drugs to treat my chronic conditions. I am running out of treatments and am seeking non drug therapies. I have EDS, fibro, IBS, functional abdominal pain, peripheral neuropathy, costochondritis, chronic migraines, cluster headaches, and chronic back pain. this is for my chronic stomach pain and headaches.

@Blueboy Sorry you're dealing with all that. I'm not sure I know what biofeedback is, but it sounds interesting. What kind of treatment is that? Is it like meditation or mindfulness?

its a process where electronic monitoring of a normally automatic bodily function is used to train someone to acquire voluntary control of that function (such things as heart rate, muscle tension, blood flow, pain perception, and blood pressure). Biofeedback is a mind-body technique.
