My feet always hurt and burn from diabetes, my balance is off because of my many strokes. Yes I had more then one,I had 3 big ones at my work. They thought I was drunk.

@MaryZander‍ I am so sorry. I cannot possibly fathom what you must be going through with three strokes! DO they know why / what caused the three strokes?

Have you been able to make lifestyle modifications? That has been my biggest goal - is to continue to make lifestyle changes for my overall health.

@billbo I was reading your response and wanted to know if you too had a stroke? I had one on 5/17 and just got home yesterday and having a hard time adjusting to what just happened to me and getting back to my normal life! What helped you?
