Not sure of effectiveness as it is supposed to delay a relapse and I don't know how to measure that.

200 mg was too much for me. I couldn't walk 20 feet without stopping to lower my head and catch my breath.

100 mg is much better for me. I still have shortness of breath and tire easily, but overall am much improved from the prior 200 mg dose.
