Thank you so much for starting this discussion.  As you may know already, infrared saunas use infrared radiation to heat the body directly, which can induce sweating and promote relaxation. However, it's crucial to discuss any potential complementary treatments with your rheumatologist or healthcare provider to ensure they align with your specific RA treatment plan.
