@Lee__R I've recently tried lidocaine patches and it's been really helpful. You can get them over the counter at CVS or Walgreens but the ones that really help me are the prescription-strength ones that my doctor prescribed for me. They really help for my hip and back pain.

Hi members,
There are several types of pain relief patches available, from those with lidocaine or cannabis to opioid strength (e.g. fetanyl).
Have you tried any such patches for relief of any discomfort and pain associated with fibromyalgia? Any success or any advice and recommendations?
