Does anyone take a lot of meds but still suffer with mixed episodes? I'm really struggling. I have real low lows and am super depressed but have trouble sleeping which causes me to be wired. I have schizoaffective.

How are you doing today?

I am sorry even with mediation you are still struggling. I would talk to your doctor, the medication have a better balance so that you are not having these lows/sleeping trouble. Let me tag a few others who may be able to share their experiences.

@LizziB I've been on 35 different meds and have been taking them for thirty years. I was going to get ECT but did not have anyone to watch me three days a week. I'm going to get TMS see if that helps.
