How to stop ED from destroying your mental health? Feeling hopeless

i never thought i would be posting on a mental illness forum but here i am. dealing with erectile dysfunction for the past 6 months has completely destroyed my mind. i am living here in Atlanta and honestly i feel too depressed to even leave the house sometimes. i have severe anxiety now, panic attacks before intimacy, and i feel like less of a man. it is a vicious cycle... the ED caused the depression, and now the depression makes the ED worse. has anyone else experienced this mental toll?
