I’m not really envious of other peoples happiness, just envious of them living their lives doing whatever they have planned, trips etc.
I’m am on this endless cycle of chemo, scans and can’t move forward with my life.

I am not envious but I would love to go back 5 years ago when I was healthy working and happy.

@geometry dash I don't want to sound envious, but I really wish I could return to the five years ago when I was strong, successful, and content.

[This content has been moderated by an administrator] I don't particularly envy the happiness of others, I prefer to see people happy and smiling, that makes me feel good. I like to be surrounded by the kindness of people

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
It is a natural tendency for humans to compare ourselves to one another. Now with constant social media updates, we are constantly invited to view the highlight reel of all our acquaintances. It is natural to feel envious and jealous of other people's happiness, especially if you are currently going through a tough time.
This is very normal. Feel you feelings and reflect on why you may feel this way. Then let the emotion go.
Take time to evaluate your goals in life - take this time to realize what it is you want in life and create a roadmap of how you will get there. Turn envy into motivation to focus on yourself.
What about you? Have you ever felt jealous over someone's happiness? Do you compare yourself to others? How do you stop yourself? What additional advice can you offer?
