I have gynecomastia (male breast enlargement)

Hi everyone, how have you been?
For those who may not have heard of it, gynecomastia is the enlargement or swelling of breast tissue in men. It is most often caused by an imbalance between the estrogen and testosterone hormones and can occur naturally at different points in a man's life (after birth, during puberty, at mid-life and beyond). It can also be caused by a number of health conditions (obesity, liver disease, testicular or adrenal tumors, kidney failure, etc.) or by certain medicines (anabolic steroids, calcium channel blockers like spironolactone or digoxin, diazepam for anxiety, etc.).

Have you experienced gynecomastia? If so, has it impacted your self-esteem? How do or did you handle it?

Thanks Courtney / I stay depressed/ i wonder why me ? / I hate to be around people in fear they will see by breast and know what I’m hiding. I want even open the door with out putting my coat on . Luckily it’s November now and all this happened in the last 8 weeks. Now I’m worried about spring and summertime. I’m even thinking of moving somewhere it’s colder so it’s coat wearing Time year around. I’ll keep to myself and want make friends so I’ll not have to deal with company. I can’t date girls with gynecomastic cause no girl would understand or want to be with a man that’s breast are probably bigger than hers and is a hermit to his home !
