Hello,

I was seeing a physical therapist in Tampa, Florida who stated that he has had RA patient that completely cured their RA with a complete diet change - a cut of all inflammatory foods - and supplemented with inflammatory fighting supplements and gut healing supplements, such as pro-biotics and pre-biotics.

He said the damage that was done was permanent, but it halted the progression of the disease, but required a complte and permanent change of eating patterns.

I have read various places online where people post similar success, but have never had a medical practitioner tell me this.

I am looking for someone who has personal knowledge or awareness of this. I would love to take the step if this is possible, but super expensive if it does not work it seems.

Haven’t tried diet cuz I have a hard time eating. I know, what a shame but it is as hard to gain weight as it is for people who want to lose weight. I use my CBD which I have used for 3 years and it helps a lot. Some days are better than others. Praying everyone stays healthy.

@rtr097u1 I also heard somewhere that cutting out dairy is good for RA. Has anyone else heard of this? Are there foods we should be avoiding?
