Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer among men in the United States. About 1 in 9 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime and the risk of developing prostate cancer progressively increases with age.

Evidence suggests diet plays a key role in the health of the prostate.

Do you have any advice or tips on how to keep a healthy prostate? Anything you learned through your experience or through medical treatment that you would advise others on in how to maintain a healthy prostate?

Hello everyone,

How are you doing? Have you seen this older discussion? emoticon cute

As you know, going through prostate cancer - from the moment of diagnosis until post-treatment - can be a challenging, even frightening experience.

For those of you who have already been through your prostate cancer journey, or those who are still in the middle, do you have any thoughts or advice to share with others? Is there anything they should know or be aware of? What has helped you get through it?

Feel free to share here, we're all here to support one another!

Take care,
Courtney
