Hello everyone!
It's been a while since I've been on here... Well, it's not like I don't have time to be on here now with the lockdown!
How are you getting through being stuck at home? What are you doing to take care of yourselves? Are you still venturing out to the grocery store or are you trying to get your groceries delivered? Has anyone had any success with that?
Ah! I also wanted to ask, does anyone know of any good exercise routines that are easy to do at home? I've been trying to keep myself moving, but I've kind of hit a brick wall. I'm looking on the internet for videos, and I see so many, but also nothing that looks possible for me at the same time. I'm not sure there are any that are adapted for OA and it's frustrating...
