I remember reading something about an itchy crawling feeling with ms patients. Does this happen to anyone else? I never believed it to be true until late last night when it was happening to me. I did not sleep at all last night due to insane itching and feeling like I wanted to tear my skin off..:( I took a second shower at 1am or so since I could not sleep and still there was no relief. Itchy today too and I just want to know if anyone else haa gone through this and any ways they found relief? Thanks

Yes. Itching feeling is common. It is from the demyleniation of the nerves... especially sine you said it is pins and needles also. This is all common because they are symptoms from our bodies attacking our nerves.

When you are formicated, you feel as though bugs are actually crawling on or under your skin. Some of the causes include drug usage, some prescription drugs, mental health issues including depression, and physical ailments like Parkinson's disease.
