Hi @LizziB

My treatment was expensive, even with insurance. Not to mention, I had to take leave without pay for attend all of my appointments. Luckily I was able to continue working remotely which made it possible to still work. If I had to go into the office everyday, there would have been no way, I was too weak. They did have to reduce my workload, there were things I just couldn't manage to finish. I was constantly concerned about treatment costs as well as my disease. Lots of stress during that time.
