I have had mcs as well as food intolerances for years. I had 2 trusted water sources through the years. The last one now being closed down, I have not been able to find water I can tolerate even when rinsing the skin. I could wash with municipal water, but had to rinse immediately with this one certain bottled water which had to be recently bottled because it was in plastic. Now this company is closed down. I cannot find another water that I can use without causing skin stinging and burning as well as other symptoms. I even developed glaucoma after using another water. Just wondering if anybody else has had a problem similar to this and if so what did you do? Really could use some input on this. Thank you

Hi @needhelp,

Thank you so much for opening up about your experience, it sounds incredibly challenging to live with such severe sensitivities, especially when something as basic as safe water becomes a daily burden. I'm really sorry you're dealing with this, and I hope others in the community can share what’s worked for them.

Let me open it up with a few questions for everyone here:

  • Have you experienced water sensitivity related to multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS) or other chronic conditions?
  • Have you found any bottled or filtered water that works for you, especially for washing or rinsing skin?
  • How do you manage flare-ups from reactions like stinging, burning, or skin irritation?

If you’ve faced anything similar, please don’t hesitate to share. Even small tips might help @needhelp feel a little less alone in this.

Take care,
