I'm very stressed out because of fatigue and joint pain. I've tried something to reduce them, but it did not much. Whenever I notice fatigue, joint pain occurs later. These symptoms quickly deplete my energy and trigger other symptoms. Do you know how to cope with them. Share with me, please! I need helps. Thank you so much!

What are the methods you've tried to deal with these symptoms? My lupus symptoms, including joint pain and fatigue, have been relieved since I begin with aqua therapy, eat a well-balanced diet, and take rest as needed. I think you should listen to your body and understand what causes your symptoms.

I also often notice lupus flare-ups, but stress and sunlight are severe trigger for my disease. Like you, I experience fatigue, skin rash, and joint pain. Fortunately, since applying a healthy lifestyle, my overall health gets better, the lupus symptoms have been gradually relieved. The things I have done to deal with lupus are

- trying to think positively. When I'm stressed, I often do meditation or take a deep breath

- eating healthy diets with fruits, vegetables, omega-3s fatty fish, and lean meat. Say "no" with packaged or processed foods

- taking extra vitamin and supplements, such as vitamin B12, D, and E, and Lupufree supplement

- doing aqua therapy or mild yoga

- always applying sunscreen even if I only stay at home

- asking for helps If i need

- sleeping at 10 pm, and take rest when I feel tired

I've noticed the body changes since applying the above tips. Hope you aslo get better soon

@janeee You should ask your physical therapist about proper exercises for your condition.

@janeee yes, hope you get better soon. You should think positively and everything will be fine. It's still very important to understand your body and identify what makes you fatigue. Then, void them. I only give you some tips that improve my disease, but some of them may not fix your condition. So, it's crucial to listen to your body.
