I'm sensitive to loud noises so I purchased noise canceling headphones and wear them all the time. They really do help

Hello everyone,
Did you know that fibromyalgia can sometimes heighten your sensitivity to sounds, smells, or even light? 🌟
This increased sensitivity can feel overwhelming, but it’s a common experience for many living with this condition. Let’s open up the conversation!
Have you noticed any particular sensitivities (noise, light, smell) connected to your fibromyalgia? 🎧💡🌸
What are your go-to strategies for managing these moments? 💡
Do you think this sensitivity might have a silver lining, such as boosting creativity or making you more attuned to your surroundings? 🎨
