My wk I eat dinnermental health is caving in around me I have 4 boys under 10 3 toddlers an a husband that is emotionally abusive I cant take it anymore its come to a point in my life where im now numb an wont say much to anyone ive shut down emotionally mentally its hard to function remembering daily tasks or to process things its gotten to where I would always be eating something but this past wk I just eat one thing on my plate at dinner im miserable an need someone to talk to

@MommaOF4 I can relate to this, when I'm in a bad place a lot of times I forget to eat because I'm too upset to be hungry or think about eating. My therapist recommended setting actual alarms on my phone to help me remember and to take that time to breathe
