I have bad trauma issues and just badly need someone to talk to.My issues are getting worse and don't really have anyone to talk to.My step mom is constantly sick an is dealing with her own issues and my dad works all day or works all night and sleeps a lot during the day.

I'm new here too.Nice to meet you.I just have bad abandonment issues.I used to live with my grandparents and my mom would dip in and out.And when I still live in my childhood home,my dad left.Then a month later that house burnt down.I went to live with my mom's friend and never got to talk to my dad and only talked to my family on weekends.Then I moved in with my grandparents,where my parents lived and then my mom kept disappearing for months at a time.I get horrible separation anxiety.I live my my dad and step mom.They rarely ever leave and when they do,I get panic attacks If they are gone for more than 5 hours.And I'm just feeling super fucking lonely.Im just crying and having a PTSD attack.Yeah sorry I really needed to rant.
