its hard to find someone to talk about my problems. I tried talking to family and friends but they have no idea what im goon through. I struggle daily trying to keep my head a float. Its bad to say but i have suicide thoughts very often and i hate it. I use to be a very friendly and outgoing person. Then about 2 years ago something happen and i went into a bad depression. I dont like being around people at all. I go to work and home then lay in bed the rest of the time. I just need help getting back like i use to be..

I understand exactly what u mean. My fiance ask y r u so depressed. I try 2 explain but I truely believe if u dont have depression then it Jared 4 them to understand. I live in a house full of family but feel so alone. I find my mind racing, pondering how if only I wasnt here.
