I feel like I am hurting everyone around me. I don’t want to be like this anymore. I want my self esteem back. I want to be happy and excited again. But I don’t even know where to start.

I have been feeling the same. I feel ashamed and like my partner deserves someone happier. The app "I am" also helps me when I read the affirmations out loud. I wish so bad that I could just feel... okay.
