Hey @Ernest
I would recommend you try not to worry about it. A nodule could be anything, but chances are since the doctor did not tell you the results over the phone, is leaning to it being something more worrisome; however, it could be that the doctor wants to do more in depth tests... meaning it could still be nothing.
So try not to stress until there is something to worry about in the present and even then try not to! I know it is not great advice, but please keep us updated and hope I helped some.

I had a CT scan and the found a nodule. They sent me back months later and gave me a PET scan. The said it showed the nodule was not growing but the found another one. 6 months later the had me go back in for another CT Scan to keep an eye on it. I just got a call my DR wants me to come in to go over my results. Should I be freaked out about it? I am assuming he has bad news. Thank You Ernest
