What helps you feel safe and secure while living alone with COPD?
Do you have a plan in case of emergencies, or people you check in with?
Have you made any adjustments to your home or routine to make things easier?
Honestly the dry climate I live in helps alot. But don't get me wrong I still take my inhalers. But it seems I don't need them as often.
