I take a ton of Medicine. No narcotics because Our Government thinks We don't need them and We do.

I have AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis) and I try to always keep my meds on time with some of them I use an app to remind me of the times. I also just try to live every day looking forward to not having pain instead of having a fear for when the pain comes I try to anticipate it. Also, mindfulness is helpful as well as can meditation but they both take time to do and learn. I wish you luck in your treatments and journey for your chronic pain.

I have intractable pain, renal disease, neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, cervical stenosis, and spondylosis. I take Oxycontin to help with the pain. I do cervical and lumbar stretches and exercises. I have a nerve stimulator implant. I was in a pain clinic In 1983. Learned biofeedback and relaxation techniques. I try to stay active. Listen to music.

@bullington74 I've stopped taking almost all my prescriptions. Lots a good bit of weight! Still in pain though. Lots of problems. Sigh. Glad this life is temporary!
