Hi @HawaiianLau 👋,

Thank you for opening up and sharing your experience—it's incredibly brave of you. 💖 It sounds like you've been through so much, and navigating the mixed messages from your doctors must have been so stressful.

You're definitely not alone in feeling this way. Many people find it challenging to manage the lingering anxiety and stress even years after treatment. It’s also frustrating when medical professionals don’t provide the reassurance or support you need.

Let’s start a conversation around this:

  • Have others here experienced similar struggles with anxiety or uncertainty after cancer treatment?
  • What has helped you regain a sense of control or peace of mind?
  • Are there specific support groups, activities, or tools that have been helpful in coping with stress?

Your experience might resonate with so many others in the community, and together we can share ideas and offer support.

Take care and know that you’re not alone in this journey. 💕

Warm regards,
Somya from the Carenity Team 🌸
