I have NHL for about 5yrs. On and off treatment. Recently diagnosed with hemolytic anemia, got 6u blood and 2 doses of IGG. Have DM, Afib, CHF and other comobitites. My husband is on the vent from covid 19 and I am positive. I am SOB but O2 does not drop below 90%, lack of endurance, fatigue. I walk about 40ft and need to rest. No Dr will give me any meds to help me get over this. It’s been going on almost 3wks now. I am so frustrated. I am taking vitamins zinc and C. Anyone else know someone who is not in the hospital but has gotten the covid meds? I know of some here and have improved in acouple days. My Drs say it is too experimental. Thoughts please !!

@Tomatovilla Hello Tomatovilla, thank you for sharing your experience. I'm so sorry you and your husband are going through this, I can't imagine how scary that must be for you both. Let me tag some members who may be able to offer some insights or share their experience with you.

Hello members I hope you don't mind that I've tagged you. Do any of you know anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19? Were they released from the hospital and treated from home? Have you heard anything about treatments for the infection?

@Tomatovilla Wow I'm surprised they let you go home and aren't taking closer care of you as a NHL patient! I hope you and your husband are doing better! I don't know anyone who's gotten it or is being treated (fortunately) but maybe someone else does?  I haven't really heard about any effective treatments either, everything seems to speculative and it takes too long to run the studies and know for sure. Take care and stay safe!
