Coronavirus, us, and the medical field

@Maryitiswhatitis I agree with you... I wish there was a way for us to get more support and treatment. But I think right now everything is just stretched too thin and we need as many doctors, nurses, and other medical crew on the front lines helping heal the infected. By putting all our energy into that maybe we can figure out a cure or at least an effective treatment plan and flatten the curve. I hope you're doing better though!

This is an interesting discussion. I don't personally feel like I'm missing out on treatment or care or that they're putting me at particular risk. I think everyone is doing the best they can with what they've got. I had to go in for scans and other tests the other day - it had to be done. They had me wait in my car until they were ready for me instead of in the waiting room and I left immediately with no consultation afterwards. I had to have that stuff done and it's not like they could bring it all to me. I think it's definitely scary for all of us because our immune systems are impacted, but there's not much more they or we can do.

Yeah, the situation has become even worse than we thought, but we have a vaccine, and we have to be patient because everything has an end, so the virus has. I'm working as a dental assistant, I have a good salary, and I always liked to help people. But most of all I like when people smile. My mom taught me since I was a child, that you have to smile even if you have some problems. If someone here wants to become a dental assistant you can find more information about this career. I think this virus has also taught us something, it taught us to appreciate some things.
