Hi @Ljborgman I am sorry to hear of your discovery of the lump... I am sure this is very concerning to you. I a sure it is hard for a member to recommend you to wait for your appointment, while you are rightly concerned, but perhaps some members can inform you of their experience.
Here are some related discussions that may be helpful in reviewing and/or commenting on: I may have inflammatory breast cancer and what symptoms made you seek medical advice.
Not being able to provide medical advice, I would encourage you to reach out to your doctor's office, discuss with them your concern, and seek their advice on whether it is best to go to urgent care immediately.
I hope my message helped, and I hope all turns out well for you on your end.

I hope by now you are at least in the process of getting some answers. Cancer is a very scary thing, but you are not alone.

@Ljborgman Hope you had good news at your doctor appointment, but as was said - you're not alone in this

@Ljborgman If you had a lumpectomy it’s probably a sera it’s can happen to you after surgery and it’s nothing to be concerned about

hi all,
new to the group. I’m a little concerned. It seems like almost overnight I developed a very hard lump in my breast that is just below the skin (maybe even attached to it). It’s about the size of a penny. It does not move when I try to move it. I called doctor and earliest I can be seen is in a little over 2 wks away.
i am a female, age 41.
After feeling this lump, I decided to check the rest of my breast and the other one. I did find another lump in my armpit.
should I wait for my doctor appointment or go to urgent care?
