i had abilateral mastectomy on 4/9/18. I am now seeing the PS to discuss the exchange surgery. Has anyonebeenn through this? How did you choose the type of implant?

@Newbie5 do you have any update?

I am in the process of looking into breast reconstruction and see you have already started the process.... how did the expansion process work? pain?

Was there a reason you decided to go with the expander first and not direct implant insertion? Are you indecisive between silicone or saline?

Did you consider Natural tissue flap surgery instead of implants?
