Hello all,

How are you feeling today? 😉

I opened this discussion to talk about femininity and breast cancer.

Many women often let themselves go during their treatments and lose confidence in themselves.

How do you manage to stay stylish and feminine despite the challenges of the disease and the treatments? What are your tips?

Feel free to share your advices in the comments below!

Take care,
Berthe

Hi Berthe,

I work from home, so my daily outfit are legging and hoodie. Sometimes is difficult to even shower. Definitely not feminine or cute or sexy or desirable. It's tough. Life is hard. Somedays I'm just so tired and worn out I just sleep. BUT I have a friend who is so great. She picks a Friday, comes over, and we get ready and go out. Shower, hair, makeup, dress, maybe even heels. I don't know what I would do without her and these date nights. I am single, so there are not too many reasons to dress up. But I appreciate it SO much. I would recommend this for anyone. Married or not. Find a girlfriend and pick a night, and go all out. It reminds me of being in college.

Everyone should do it, sick or not. Think about it :)
